Roy Thomson Hall and Allied Music Centre - home to Massey Hall and TD Music Hall, proudly offer youth opportunities to learn and develop through Call & Response and the Youth Musician Commission.

Call & Response is a weekly workshop designed for high schoolers to explore music and other art forms. Participants develop leadership and communication skills, engage with arts professionals, and foster new friendships. We also connect students to volunteer opportunities throughout the Halls, including events and administration.

The Youth Musician Commission is an extension, composed of student leaders who advocate opportunities to connect young people to music. Using their love of the arts to educate and inspire, they plan and lead music-related projects to engage youth in their communities. Participants from Call & Response, having familiarized themselves with the skills involved, are eligible to join the Youth Musician Commission.
